The valve seal utilizes a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place to prevent the possibility of sticking to the seat and pulling out. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated, hard anodize-coated for wear resistance

Forge Motorsport UNOS MBC Forge UNOS MBC The Forge UNOS boost controller is a ball and spring CNC machined to aircraft specifications and incorporates a ratchet type top adjuster that will allow for the positive and precise adjustment that your driving style demands. The controller can be dash or engine bay mounted to suit your preference. This product is a universal component, and as such, no vehicle-specific fitting instructions can be provided. This product is designed and built with the intent of increasing the boost output of any forced induction system. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all applications, nor the ability to increase the boost output beyond a level that is within the parameters set by the engine-management-system of the given vehicle at the time of installation, whether that system is factory or aftermarket.

Often when engines have been tuned by installing larger turbos or even software upgrades improved turbo response can be acheived by fitting the RS valve which has the greater internal mass air flow specification utilising an amazing 50mm (2") bore.

Now you can fine tune your Blow Off/Diverter Valve to the exact needs of your engine with this complete tuning kit.
Your valve tuning kit you will find four springs and three spacers.
The strongest spring is the red, followed by the blue, yellow and finally the green which is the weakest. The spacers enable you to fine tune the settings between two spring tensions if required.
