Precision Turbo and Engine GTR Upgrade This pricing is based on having a good set of cores for exchange. You will need to source/supply your own actuators. You will also need to fabricate your own water/oil lines. We currently have a few sets on the shelf, so as soon as the cores are received and inspected; we can ship the upgraded units out. Turbocharger: -Precision 51mm CEA compressor wheel (dual ceramic ball bearing CHRA) -Stock compressor cover -Stock Turbine housing -Stock spool characteristics These units have shown to make 850whp on roughly 26-29psi and Q16. We believe that there is more left in the units but have not had them tested at a higher rate. To order these units the process is relatively simple. We need for you to send us a good core (no broken studs or destroyed T/HSG or Compressor cover) and we exchange them for a set of finished units. *Another important thing to note, one of the main concerns in the marketplace when machining the factory manifold/housing is that the extra weight of the CHRA can be too much for the mounting point to handle, and cracking can occur. During the machining process, we machine away the original bearing housing flange and weld in extra steel and re-machine it. We have found this to be sufficient for the application and to provide plenty of support and strength.
